Send us your Lovely and we'll wash it, replace any hardware that looks aged or worn, we'll spot clean your cork handles and straps and pamper your bag to look fresh and new!! Rediscover the elegance of your cherished Loop Couture handbag with our exclusive Wellbag Spa Session. Our exclusive Wellbag Spa program ensures the sustainability of your handmade bag - making it a lasting indispensable companion that elevates your style with luxe craftsmanship.
Choose the Wellbag Spa service, check out and send us your bag. Expected turn-around time is 10-15 business days upon arrival at our workshop. Bring in the old, get back the renewed!
Wellbag Spa - Pamper Your Bag
Our Wellbag Spa Services include:
- Thorough inspection of your bag to determine the level of restauration needed.
- Knitted bag: Stain and soil removal, we'll carefully wash, shape and dry your bag. It'll smell fresh and clean.
- Hardware check: If your hardware shows levels of aging from daily use, we'll replace it. This includes bag feet, magnetic snap button, large and/or small gate rings, logo plate, logo charm.
- Repairs to the function of the bag (if any)
- Handles and straps usually endure heavy use on a daily basis and might show some aging over the years, as with any natural leather or natural cork leather. We'll treat handles and strap with a nourishing cork cream to replenish their moisture and seal the cork. If you would rather have them replaced with a brand new set in the same or a different color for a new look, please choose a set from the Accessories tab and add to your checkout cart. We'll make sure your new handles and strap match your existing bag hardware for an overall aesthetic look.
- Insert: We will carefully clean your removable insert applying the utmost care. Please note that the felted insert material cannot be washed and heavy soiling might be tough to remove. If you'd like a brand new insert (in the same or a new color) please choose a fitted insert from the Accessories tab and add to your checkout cart. Make sure you buy the insert fitting your handbag model. If unsure, text or email us on contact page.
- Once we pampered your bag we'll return it to you along with a checklist of what has been done and replaced.
- We'll return your bag for free.
Spa Services do not include:
- Shipping of your bag to our Loop Couture workshop in California. Return shipping to you, however, is included.
- New set of bag handles & straps should you decide on a new set. Choose a replacement set from the Accessories tab if desired.
- New fitted insert. Choose a replacement insert from the Accessories tab if desired, otherwise, we'll clean your insert and restore as best as possible.
